Terms and Conditions
1. The App
Building Guide MCPE Trainer is an unofficial companion for Minecraft. It provides building guides, material lists, step images, and world seeds. It does not run Minecraft, does not modify game files, and is not a replacement for the official game.
2. Not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft
Minecraft, Mojang, and related names and assets are trademarks or copyrights of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. Building Guide MCPE Trainer is an independent product. We are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Any resemblance to in-game blocks, biomes, or structures is for reference so you can rebuild them in your own world.
3. License to use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, resell, or scrape the catalog except as allowed by law.
4. Catalog and content
Guides, screenshots, seeds, and descriptions are provided for entertainment and educational use. We do not guarantee that every build will work in every Minecraft edition, version, or world. Dimensions, step counts, and material lists may contain mistakes. Seeds can change when Mojang updates world generation.
Some builds and seeds are free. The rest stay visible in the catalog but require a purchase to open. Free access currently includes a limited set of builds and seeds and includes ads.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID:
- Weekly catalog unlock — auto-renewable subscription. Unlocks the full catalog. Ads stay on. Payment is charged at confirmation and renews each week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Lifetime access — one-time purchase. Unlocks the full catalog and removes ads in the App.
Prices shown in the App are set in App Store Connect and may vary by country and tax. We do not offer a free trial.
After purchase, the catalog unlock applies to this Apple ID on devices where you restore or are signed in. Family Sharing is not enabled for these products.
To cancel a weekly subscription: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund rules. Use reportaproblem.apple.com or your purchase receipt.
6. Restore purchases
Use Restore purchases in Build Settings if you reinstall the App or change devices. We can only restore purchases made with the Apple ID signed in on that device.
7. Advertising
Unless you have Lifetime access, the App shows third-party ads. Ads may be personalized if you allow tracking. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or destinations they open.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for anything unlawful
- Attack, scrape, or overload our services or image hosts
- Circumvent locks, ads, or purchase checks except by buying access
- Misrepresent the App as an official Mojang or Microsoft product
9. Intellectual property
The App’s design, code, compilation, and original text belong to us or our licensors. Minecraft-related names and imagery belong to their owners. You keep ownership of worlds you build in Minecraft using these guides.
10. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future Minecraft update. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost worlds, or lost profits, arising from the App or these terms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you only used the free features).
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
12. Changes to the App
We may add, remove, or reorganize builds, seeds, prices, and features. Catalog items may be updated or withdrawn. We may stop offering the App.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if you break these terms. Sections that should survive (including 2, 9, 10, 11, and 15) remain in effect.
14. Privacy
How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the App also means you have read that policy.
15. Apple’s role
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the App purchase price if required by the App Store terms. Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them against you.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country or state where NORIS-MEDIA is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer-protection laws of your country require otherwise. Those mandatory consumer rights still apply.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you continue to use the App after an update, you accept the new terms.
